Why is my money dissapearing?

Hey, first off I'd like to say this is a great mod.

Second, I'm playing the Calabim in 2.030, and at about turn 815 I started to randomly lose large amounts of gold. First I go down from 2100 to about 1870, than go up +7 (like i should be doing) and then go to 1569. I have no idea what to do about this. This has happened again and again after I reload. Any help?

Do you have the City Manager set to automate production (when something finishes being built, does it ask you what to do next, or automatically select something for you?). If he is turned on to Automate your production then that means he is spending your money to rush production.
