Why isnt my army getting a bonus?

I have a 3 cav army, and i have built the military acadamy, but its stats are still 6.3.4

Shouldn't i get a 4-5 point bonus in attack? (6+6+6=18 18/4=4.5 bonus, then round)

Well you do have a bonus already. Cav movements are usually 3, but now your army has 4. The next bonus is the combined hit points, so the units don't die.
Military academy is used to build armies. You need 4 cities for every army...

It's there, just not shown visually. This was supposed to be a hidden feature that somehow leaked out.

Ya, i noticed the movement, thats new to C3C

So you mean my cav army acually has 10-11 attack but its not shown? How can i be sure that it isnt just 6?

Actually, it has an attack of 6 + (6 x 3 / 4) (rounded down) = 10
Before the MA it was 6 + (6 x 3/ 6) = 9

How can you tell? Just attack with a Cav, and when it is defeated, reload and attack with the Army instead. Of course, the pRNG can also kill the Army, but for the most time you'll notice the difference.
