What if i don't quecha rush, can i submit games then? Why are they banned anyway?

If anything, Shaka is the one who needs a ban. i have never played MP without twink shaka cheesing the game.

Inca is not banned for HOF purposes. It is just excluded from the Elite Quattromasters Challenge (EQM) along with duel size maps and non-ancient starts.

Edit: Oh, we also exclude Inca from most Gauntlets, too. That's just so everyone doesn't have to play with them to compete.

Quechua is overpowered in solo play.
AIs just can't handle it.

As I suggested before, maybe allow us use the leader but with a different Civ?

Hauyana Caupac of Mali is a nice combination with mints along with IND and FIN, no quechas but we can use the games only IND and FIN leader at least.

I dont care about Quecha rush, I want to be able to compete with playing to my strenghts which is building.
