Wiki Article - Usefull Programs

I just thought we could pimp the Section about "Useful Programs" a little.

Would be nice when more of all those cool tools would appear in the wiki.

The Wiki syntax is very easy, so if you think this is cool but you are just afraid of the new syntax you should just look at any existing article to learn the very basics. It will be good enought. You'll be able to write a decent article after a few minutes.

a) Create an article for your favorite program (if it doesn't exist yet)
b) Put it into the Civilization 4 category.
c) Add a link to the "Civ4_Useful_Programs" article

Very nice list. I just added the NSIS installer as well, and will add the Python API page, just because of how useful it is as a reference. Mods you might want to sticky this one.
