There's no info on him in the civilopedia OR the wiki... but he has +2 cold damage now so he's not been forgotten

Yeah, frost giants were plentiful during the Age of Ice, but most were destroyed when Utgard fell. We need a pedia entry for Wilboman, especially since he is the namesake of one of the writing team members.

The team members can write entries for anyone they like. I just make sure the entry fits into the FfH world and will ask for edits if something doesn't fit. Occasionally I veto a submission, but thats very rare. The writing team has read just about everything Ive written on FfH and have contributed huge background themselves so they know what they are doing.

But I think Wilboman will need to write this entry sice it is his character.
