Will Civs UU have a unigue appearance again?

Havent been able to read anything about this yet. One of the coolest things to me in the previous civs games is the unique look of the Civs with a UU. Being that each civ has a UU, will they that appearance as in the previous civs?

Been looking for this and haven't been able to find anything.

Second, when it says, England will be able to build the Red Coats, is this another UU?
