Win10 zooming TOO fast

I used to use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out, but since I went to Win10, it seems like it only goes from full-in to full-out with no middle

Is there a setting or adjustment in Civ5?

I've changed the Mouse settings to only scroll one line at a time (not applicable in Civ, but worth a shot) but that made no difference

Sorry to highjack the thread, but I have a UI movement issue too. Ever since I had to reinstall the game after my hard drive crashed, when I bring the mouse to the edges of the screen, the map scrolls. It never used to happen before and I can't for the life of me find anything in the options menu to stop it. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Previously, if I wanted to move the map I either A) clicked on a specific location on the minimap or B) held down the left mouse button and dragged the map to where I wanted to look.

Actually I tried Map Zoom Speed all the way from 0 to 2 (the min and max limits) and that didn't seem to make a difference

PgUp and PgDn do work, but preWin10 the mouse wheel zoomed nicely.

I tried the mouse setting's [Number of Lines to Scroll] setting from 1 to 3 and still no difference

Actually, it's always happened. If you hadn't experienced it, that just means you never had your mouse within X pixels of the edge of the screen before. Usually this is do to a bound mouse. Since I use dual monitors, my game is set to bind mouse never, so I almost never experience the map moving just from my mouse being on the very edge of the window, though it's still possible.
