My playlist is still quite short as I got a new computer 3 weeks ago. Only about 35 hours. It includes Toad, Turbonegro, Yes, Lou Reed, Bigelf, Ozric Tentacles, Tweaker, Black Debbath (not Sabbath, a Norwegian band), Hawkwind, Ohgr, Porcupine Tree and Helios Creed. And some Cambodian garage rock from the 60-70ies.
I think I have the largest collection yet: 34 GB.

35 hours is just a few hours less then me, and I have been collecting for over a year.

Oh, that's just the playlist I have now, not the complete playlist I could get. At about 1 minute (a bit less maybe) per MB that playlist would get 35 000 minutes = 580 hours = 24 days. Or something like that.

Yep. I wouldn't be telling you about them on a public messageboard if they weren't legal. They're all ripped from my CD collection; I don't download stuff, and I don't share.

Timewise it totals 198 hours, 55 minutes, which is a little less than 10 days. I rip things at a higher quality than most of the stuff you would find for download, so the files are bigger than you would expect for the amount of playing time.

The ".... and you will know us by the trail of dead" album is most likely "Source Tags and Codes", the most notable song is "It was there that I saw you". Play it loud, it is quite good.

I love my music... Music is everything!

Have stuff from last 30 years - all genre's except country - large amount of techno though...

First in playlist is a huge amount of 2 unlimited (shut-up, they rock!)
and at the end is Trance - Zunk (Best bass test song around!) oops, no that's wrong, have some ZZ top now, they are at the bottom.

I have 5 GB of 1500 crappy songs on my computer...and my iPod has 7 GB at 1582 songs...

EDIT: The disparity is probably because I have a couple albums that are just very long files, so its treated as songs, and that William Basinski Disintegration Loops are like an hour and a half long and they're just one song...
