Winning without fighting

sid didnt give us fighting units for decoration! A civ game without war is no civ game to me

Has anyone tried conquering the world using only diplomats and spies? I would say it's highly possible...

on any level i use spys against al to take 95% there cities.

You can't build a city, but you can take over a city. But you can't defend it.

I had an awesome game going with 6 Legions but I got stuck on an island!!! So I had to start over. 1 Chariot, 2 Archers, 2 Horses, and 2 Settlers, at my peak. Just think of it as a game as the barbs. <IMG SRC="http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/wink.gif" border=0>

i play a deity game once and got stuck on an island but still made it. in emperor i was also on an island but i won that game. it was a.d and i had only 4 cities.

on prince level when i play one player the computer it luckly if it get gunpowder by 1950A.D
