Hi!
I'm not sure if I'm in right place but I have a computer problem: In my Win Vista Computer my WLAN connection doesn't work at ALL!! :(! The WLAN box or whatever it is... It's named ZyXEL P-660HN-T1A. I have Win Vista 32bit OS.

Here's the problem:
Spoiler :

The computer connects to WLAN but WLAN doesn't connect to Internet?? Help please (sorry for finnish text in the image...)!!

The WLAN part is working but ZyXEL is wrongly configured or not configured at all. You'll get more detailed information by going Sonera's or Saunalahti's or whatever your ISP is page or for general information MuroBBS is fine place to start with.

Thanks! This would make sense but I can use the connection just fine with my other laptop. Is it still depending on the 'configurations'?

Yup, likely candidates being the routing & firewall parts. To narrow the culprit try to configure the ZyXEL from the non-internet laptop and if that works it probably is a rt/fw issue but if that doesn't work then you might wanna compare the basic net stuff between the two laptops first ie start by using 'ipconfig /all' in command prompt (typing 'cmd' in start menu search will get you there.

Ok, kiitos! Check this thread tomorrow afternoon or night and I'll tell you if there are or aren't any problems with the WLAN issue. :)

Didn't work at first time. Tried to reset ZyXEL and configure but didn't work. I'll try again evenin/tomorrow and then I check the 'basic internet stuff'.
