I'm not a modder, but I just read news about "the world's biggest condom in Brazil", and I think this picture looks like a good wonder splash.

Don't know if it's feasible in the editor, but I'm thinking it could reduce 20% of pollution caused by population.

This should remove all of your granaries or something, so your population doesn't grow as fast. Too bad the editor can't do that. Or make you need more food to grow.
