Another thing, if I recall the Wonders have some characteristics to active civ GA. So my question is: Will the Wonders be reorganise they characteristics, to fit the 2 new civ’s types? If Yes, how? If No, which New Wonders will active civ GA with Agriculture and/or Seafaring?

This is the list of Civ3 Wonders:

The Colossus: Exp or Rel
Copernicus’s Observatory: Exp
Cure of Cancer: Sci
The Great Library: Sci
The Great Lighthouse: Exp or Com
The Great Wall: Mil or Ind
The Hanging Gardens: Ind
Hoover Dam: Ind
JS Bach’s Cathedral: Rel
Leonardo’s Workshop: Mil
Longevity: Sci
Magellan’s Voyage: Exp or Com
The Manhattan Project: Mil or Ind

OK OK Sorry!!!

I guess that The Great Lighthouse, Magellan’s Voyage and Smith’s Trading Company would activate GA for Seafaring, however im not sure about Agricultural.

I guess the Pyramids will activate GA for Agriculture

I'm sure there is some new wonders that will include those traits.

Though... I don't think any of the current one's will change that much.

Do we know what advantages these new traits will give? If, for example, seafaring gives extra movement to all ships, then I would expect Magellan's Voyage and Great Lighthouse to be activate GA for seafaring civs. If the secondary advantage is to have an extra trade resource in all sea squares, then maybe Colossus will activate GA for seafaring civs also.

In all the cities?Powerful advantage.I think it would unbalance the game a bit.

Why? Commercial civs receive extra trade.

Hmm...not including any new wonders in C3C, the Pyramids is the only wonder that could possibly be agricultural...unless Atari takes some serious stretches in what's considered "agricultural"...

I agree. The only other wonder I can think of is Hanging Gardens, but it's the wonder itself that is agricultural, not the effects.

As a lifetime member of Egyptophiles anonymous, I'd love it if the Pyramids were changed from rel/ind.

Then at least I could build it in despotism without the bad GA.

The Colossus is expansionist, religious and commercial in civ3. It's the only wonder linked to 3 traits.

Are the effects the only thing that matter in describing the trait? Or is it the historical basis of which kind of civ would most likely build it? If it were the latter, then I definitely see the Hanging Gardens as Agricultural. Longevity too since it comes about through better nutrition and medicine - both plant based. In a stretch I can also see Sun Tzu's and Shakespeare's Theatre being Agricultural because they were built by feudal societies that were organized around agricultural holdings.

I would not like to see the Pyramids become an Agricultural wonder. They were burial chambers, not granaries. I've always thought "Gee, I wonder what the Egyptians in this game are eating if the Pyramids do THAT..."

Technically speaking, though, I could see it. I could see Egypt changing to a Religious/Agricultural civ and, thus, the Pyramids becoming Religious/Agricultural. *shrugs* I'd miss my Industrious Egypt, though.

NOOOOOOOOO!

If they take away Rel/Ind from the Egyptians I'll boycott the game.
:(
(Unless they give Rel/Ind to one of the other Tribes, with a Knight UU) :D

BTW quoting Loulong:
"Temple of Artemis : temple in every city
Temple of Zeus : barracks in every city
Knights Templar : regular spawning of units
Mausoleum of Maussollos :
Quetzalcoatl Temple :"

we know that the Temple of Zeus will be one of the new Wonders, but I think that will be one the SCENARIOS (on the Dawn of Civilization)...

True, but I was watching a show on how they got them built and I can understand the agricutural aspect. A large part of the economic infrastructure of ancient Egypt was based on getting these huge monuments built. To do it their they centralized control of grain distribution, storage, and bread manufacturing to ensure that the workers got fed (thousands of loaves of bread a day needed baked). It wasn't just granaries.
