I think Nazca Lines would be a very cool wonder, especially as the top-down view in the game would allow you to appreciate them.

All these wonders are very plain and insignificant in my opinion. I think one we can say for certain will be in has to be the Westbury White Horse

I would like to see the Shwedagon Pagoda, Borobudur, Teotihuacan main temple, Tiwanaku, Nazca Lines, Serpent Mound, St. Peter's Cathedral, Sagrada Familia...

I would love to see the Iguaçu Falls. The Pagoda would also be a beautiful addition.

Now this article has confirmed a new National Wonder - National Intelligence Agency (gives you an additional spy).

I think it's still possible that the "9 new wonders" in the feature list only refers to new World Wonders, and the Great Firewall is a National Wonder, so the remaining 3 wonders are the 3 unused ones (Three Gorges Dam, Panama Canal, Large Hadron Collider).
