Y'know, I think I got so caught up on reading about the Logios in the game guide that I didn't end up reading what the Oracle actually did.:shifty: Gaining culture from narrative events sounds very interesting and I really like the idea of a wonder that's bonus scales with time.

Looks like Wonders get built on magic mountains again, the rocky outcrop the oracle gets built on doesn’t seem to have been there before (oracle requires Rough Terrain tile to be built). A bit disappointing, but ah well. Hopefully it’s not as jarring as Petra from civ 6.

Models are beautiful but I miss the brick by brick visual from VI.

It doesn't.

Civ 6 had dynamic lighting and time of day changes, also bricks construction.

This is static and a step backward although the model itself looks gorgeous

I was going to complain about the lack of brazier whoosh, but the gong was a satisfactory replacement.

I completely understand why they chose to make the movies only do it in fractions/quarters. But I feel like all of the might of getting a wonder is lost with how slow they are built up.

Honestly a Splash Screen would've been a better replacement (and low key was hoping they had it). This doesn't feel as satisfying as the ones in 6.

Civ4's Angkor Wat background song remains the best.
I used to build this wonder just to hear this beautiful and inspiring song.
