Blackheart, but dig deep in your soul, do we really need the pyramids, this game?

Civ3 is so sophisticated that it enables multiple strategies to succeed, and good Civplayers do not lean on pyramids and pottery as a default solution.
actually i believe there are more tendencies to lean on the great library instead... altho the pyramids is the best wonder in the game

Pyramids are only the best if we're on a landmass supporting 7 or more cities.

Keep in mind that Honorable Ravensfire was CJ for the Secret Police Judicial system. He probably just doesn't want people to know how he votes. ;) :scan:

Coming from the CJ who works to keep public comments away from rulings, who has gone out of his way to silence those he doesn't like, and much prefers insults and personal attacks to issues, thanks Cyc! I'm honored.

It is interesting that I express a preference for non-public balloting, and get nicely slammed over it. For shame! My preference is privacy. For some reason, I kinda like privacy. You may ask how I vote on something - it should be up to me to determine my viewpoint. I've already seem one public attack on someone because of their voting choice in a public poll, when all that person did WAS vote!

I will continue my protest against public polls for citizen votes. Quite honestly, I fully expect Cyc to continue his tirade, and look forward to the daily laugh I get from his antics.

Perhaps we could hold a public poll on you moving back to Fanatica (reference your avatar sig). But, of course, you would have to abstain. :D

Ah, excellent! I have gotten under someone's skin.

Good.

This is slightly silly, we want the pyramids but arent developing the necessary technologies!

I'm glad you appreciate my sense of humor, ravensfire.

But now that you have a bonifide invitation to participate in discussing the Judicial reviews, are you going to venture into the deep, dark woods of the Judicial thread? Are you going to let us know what your opinion is? Maybe you better not tell anyone :twitch: ...someone might find out...

Depends on the issue, my concern over it, and if I already see judicial opinions posted. If the Judiciary acts in an irresponsible manner by not actively seeking public input prior to making their decisions, I see no reason to post. If you can't bother to listen to the people, I won't bother to let you know my opinion.

Simple enough, eh?

Personally, I believe that Cyc has made the effort to involve people. If the people don't want to be involved, that is certainly not his fault. I sense bad blood from previous engagements.
