i have two questions on wonders.
1. when i conquer the city where there is wonder, and i leave it as puppet, do i still receive the advantages from the wonder, or do I have to annect it?
2. what happens when AI build wonder that i was already building? in previous Civs, i would receive money for lost work.

1. full benefit in puppets.
2. yes you get gold... I believe 2 gold per hammer already accumulated.

Under what circumstances do you annex?

Annexation: If not going for a cultural victory, then after the city comes out of resistance and I have enough cash to rush a court house, I'll annex most cities.

If the city is really bad I'm more likely to raze rather than (initially) puppet.

Can't think of a give reason to annex with that drop down first appears as the city will be in resistance and you can always annex a puppet later.
