yippee , one post of mine nearly topical in debate that actually goes on , and only a week late , but ı found it in a modelling thread ı had saved a year ago and was looking for a book when it came up .

Basically entire (former) East Germany used to be Slavic lands, occupied by several (Wend/Vend) Western Slav tribes.
