Often (not always) you have a worker which is improving a tile, and you want to speed up working time, adding another worker, you have an annoying bug.
After the improvement is finished one of the 2 workers probably the last will continue to build the improvement as if the improvement is not yet finished, so you have everytime to change action to the worker

I think it's more of a graphical issue. The worker is done, just the graphics haven't updated. (Kind of like in Civ3 where if you founded a city on a tile the worker was mining, it would still be mining)

Yeah the improvement is done and you get all the bonus from terrain.what is a bit annoying is just manually change orders everytime to one of the workers because he will continue to build this improvement as it is not yet built.Anyway it is a minor bug

You misunderstood her. The worker will stop by itself the next turn as if it had just been standing there. There is a similar problem where I use route to and the worker only uses one movement point to get to the next tile an it doesn't look like it's building the road, as if it had no movement points left. But it really is.
