World builder & Great Barrier Reef

I generate a large map, the GBR is slightly North on the coast of the continent. I remove and try to place slightly south (about 4 hexes down), I even remake the exact map coastal condition below it but it will not place. It places slightly to the east on a smaller island, but not where I want it.

There seems to be no reason why it should not place where I am trying to put it. Does anyone else experience odd quirks with natural wonders like this? How to get past it ?

can we see a screenshot of the place it was, the place you want it to go, and the place its going instead? that might help a lot

Try removing the ice directly below where you wish to place it. It can not be placed too close to Ice. It is after all a tropical wonder.
