I've made a map I'd like to duel a friend on, but how do I set start locations, while still allowing the player to select a civilization from the list?
Being a duel, there are only the 2 start spots, but I got no idea how to make it this way. Also, as a side note, how would I set the location of a few city-states?

I still do have a question though, how do I enable multi-player on my map?
