is that the RTS? it was okay, fun for 2 secs. then got boring coz i had to cheat to beat last mission
worth the time to play, but i wouldn't buy it for $50

The game is great, great replayability for me.
Don't know why you had to cheat to beat the last mission, it is just a straighfoward push in the lions den and leave alive.
There is a way to beat it without cheating, you just have to know the route to take, and move fast less the Russians will fortify it by the time you get there and they fortify fast. Sure they may outnumber you and keep dropping seemingly unlimited reinforcements but hey that is what makes it fun.
By the way I play on the most difficult level every time, the last time I played this game I beat that mission losing only 5 heavy tanks. (which I lost assaulting the "fort")
Tip: Give your army a repair vehicle or two and keep them out of harms way and they will keep your tanks alive and firing while the Russians die in front of you.
And ignore the destroyers, attempting that side mission will just divert your men and resources and end up costing you more than you bargained for. The destroyers do little damage anyways once you get deep into the heart of Seattle.

yeah, your right, but i had grinded for a while on it and just wanted to get it over. i think they could have expanded on the nukyular war stuff for sure. and maybe worked on the interface more...
oh yeah and ADD A RUSSIAN CAMPAIGN thats worth crap

All I can say is that Garret, I'm pretty sorry for you... All you did here is to convince people that WiC stinks. Well, I guess you haven't saw the big picture...

Im sorry bro. i wasn't trying to piss you off at all man.
I am free to voice my opinion and overall i give the the game thumbs up. i just had some specific criticisms to the developers. and i didnt play it online as i was just briefly borrowing a copy.

Tbh WIC's single player is terrible.
I personally didn't even complete it on easy before jumping into the multiplayer action.
It has to be the best online game i've ever played but it is getting so fustrating because alot of people are frankly terrible at it. IMO public play is just not worth it, unless you play on one of the *elite* servers.
The clan scene is also declining due to an anti-smurf feature that they introduced awhile ago to help noob's out, but also because there are perhaps 20-30 decent clans (from all around the world) and most other clans wont play them, thus they had to smurf, then noob's complained......
To sum up WIC is an amazing game but because of how team based it is, it fails. People just dont wont to work together it seems (on pubs) and my clan and others can wait up to two hours to get a single match!

WiC was one of those things for me that was a blast when I first got it, and then a week later I woke up and realized that it actually wasn't that great at all once the new game shine wore off. Its just really bland and boring to me, it seems to all come down to the same repetitive crap and the constant tug of war back and forth just gets old really quick. Havnt touched it since.
