world map starting locations

Hello, been out of the loop for a while. Which is the best tool compatible with 1.21 to place civs at their correct starting locations on a world map?

Of course, the new editor (whenever it arrives) should give us a legal way to do the same thing. As for now, I like having the french start in South America.

oh.. hm.. that. I don't know if I will It's an old game from the 1.16 days, and it had gotten quite slow - plus it's been a while since I've played it.

Maybe I'll get around to it, maybe not. We'll see.

And thanks all.. I got CPT working and finally understood how to get a .CPF file something I hadn't bothered before because civ3breed was easier
