World War Z

I wonder why nobody has ever tried to make a mod for the Max Brooks' book "World War Z" seems like it would make a great scenario for civ. Its about the world trying to adapt there tactics and armies to fight the zombie apocalypse. I just finished reading the book and it sounds perfect for a mod i just dont have any skill so i hope someone else will make an attempt

Besides that probably no one here, who knows this book, there are already tons of ideas around which just need someone to pick them up.
And seriously: The guys who are willed to do something have their own ideas.

And there's already a zombie mod around, Necro Christi, which has again stopped it's development during recreation .

It'd probably help if someone compiled a game design doc, if there was interest.

I think there's a board game out there that essentially civ-like, and about managing a post-apocalyptic civilization to reverse a zombie plague.
