Big Ben = 19 + 1 = 20 I love the tons of gold this usually nets me and the extra card slot is nice.
Colosseum = 16
Forbidden City = 21
Great Pyramids = 26 - 3 = 23 I am never able to build it. AI always gets it first.

Big Ben 20 - 3 = 17 On average, it's moderately stronger than other remaining wonders (you don't always CAN have worthwhile pile of gold and you sometimes you can afford having thousands of Gold) but comes much later.
Colosseum 16 + 1 = 17 If you grab 5 cities, you just sustained additional 20 pop in your empire amienities-wise since Classical Era onwards. Or probably upped your happiness by 1 level in most of your cities, even if they weren't caught within Colosseum radius.
Forbidden City 21
Great Pyramids 23

Big Ben 17
Colosseum 17 - 3 = 14 - Gotta vote something down, and this is one that I just don't build as often as the other three.
Forbidden City 21 + 1 = 22 - Free card of any slot. Simply the most versatile wonder in the game.
Great Pyramids 23

Big Ben 17
Colosseum (14-3)=11 I don't often build Entertainment Complexes that early and it's a req for this wonder...
Forbidden City (22+1)=23 To match the GP, I think getting another wildcard policy allows the player more versatility. It's only downside is requiring a city center, but I nearly always can find room for it.
Great Pyramids 23

Big Ben 17 - 3 = 14 (Love Big Ben but sometimes I've already won the game by the time I'm able to build it - I generally get more mileage from the others. Also SV is my least favorite so I don't prioritize this one as much)
Colosseum 11
Forbidden City 23
Great Pyramids 23 + 1 = 24 (Cheap to build, lasts forever, and always worth the investment. I feel like I do much better in games where I build this early. Yes it requires desert but all of these have some placement restrictions and this one isn't too bad)

Big Ben = 15 (14+1) Changes the game with proper planning.
Colosseum = 11
Forbidden City = 23
Great Pyramids = 21 (24-3) Unless I'm China or take this from the AI, it's usually a non factor in my games, despite its great bonus.

Kinda surprised to see Petra didnt make final 5. It's pretty much the only wonder where if you get it right (particularly in capital city), it's game over. Of the remaining 4, Colosseum and Forbidden City are clearly the best, as both significantly better your position. Big Ben is good too, but wildcard slot is notably better than economic slot, and by the time you would get Big Ben, gold really shouldn't be an issue. Great Pyramids is nice, but AI often grabs it before you can at higher difficulties and I think workers often don't come into play in a big way until mid game.

If I had to choose between Forbidden Palace and Colosseum, 7 times out of 10 I probably take Colosseum just because amenities/happiness/culture are so strong at the point in the game where it comes in.

Thus:

BIG BEN = 15

COLOSSEUM = 12 (11+1)

FORBIDDEN CITY = 23

GREAT PYRAMIDS = 18 (21-3)

Big Ben = 16 (15+1) I disagree with the argument that FC is much better because it offers a wildcard slot. It might differ for playstyles, but in my games, 95 % of the time I'll run at least 1 economy card in one of my wild card slots. So BB offers a de-facto wildcard slot (by allowing me to transfer that economy card up) and more gold on top.
Colosseum = 12
Forbidden City = 20 (23-3) Downvoting for reasons mentioned above. Both a great wonders, but I think BB is strictly better.
Great Pyramids = 18 (fixed according to post below)

Pyramids went from 24 to 17. It should be at 21.
Actually it should be at 18, since it was downvoted twice from 24.

Moderator Action: That is correct, the two posts affected have been corrected --Jon

Big Ben = 16
Colosseum = 9 (12 -3) Once again down voting for having to build an early entertainment district. If only they were better.
Forbidden City = 21 (20+1) Wildcard spot that lasts over half the game
Great Pyramids = 18

Big Ben = 16+1=17 (to me +1 economic policy card + 3 great merchant point/turn is better than a wild card as I'll put in an economy card in the wild card slot anyway, and then the superpowerful double treasury)
Colosseum = 9
Forbidden City = 21
Great Pyramids = 18-3 =15 (half of the time I can't build it in time, or get distracted by the early war)

Big Ben = 17
Colosseum = 10 (9+1) placed well gives tons of amenities and is not an AI favorite, so no need to build entertainment complex extra early
Forbidden City = 18 (21-3) yes, wildcard slot is better than economic slot, but lots of gold plus economic slot is better
Great Pyramids = 15

Big Ben = 17 - 3 = 14 When it comes it isn't needed.
Colosseum = 10 +1 = 11 Placed well gives tons of amenities and is not an AI favorite, so no need to build entertainment complex extra early. 2nd
Forbidden City = 18
Great Pyramids = 15

Big Ben = 14
Colosseum = 11
Forbidden City = 18-3=15 - Great wonder, but policies give you often a little bonus. They are not game changing material. And sadly, +5 culture isn't very good secondary bonus...
Great Pyramids = 15+1=16 - Great money/production saver. And in my games, AI usually doesn't go for it.

Big Ben = 14
Colosseum = 12 (11+1) Good for early game happiness.
Forbidden City = 12 (15-3) Nice to have but not sure if its top 3 Tier.
Great Pyramids = 16

Big Ben = 11 (14 - 3) great wonder but comes very late compared to everything else remaining and this hinders its impact on the game. the other 3 come at more key times where the advantages they provide help you more dramatically
Colosseum = 12
Forbidden City = 13 (12 + 1) wildcard slots are really invaluable, especially at the point where this wonder becomes available. having another slot that you can use for any (usually economic) policy is so advantageous at this point in the game
Great Pyramids = 16

Big Ben = 11
Colosseum = 12 - 3 = 9 If you capture all four wonders remaining from the AI, then this is the one in which AI building it in the wrong location could minimize the benefit, and so it gets todays downvote
Forbidden City = 13 + 1 = 14 Free wildcard spot. And extra culture is nice for getting thru the civic tree to key civics such as the ones unlocking armies and the most advanced governments. (It's more a bottleneck than science)
Great Pyramids = 16

Big Ben = 11
Colosseum = 9 - 3 = 6 - It's nice. Nice enough to be in the top five, but not as good as the other three remaining.
Forbidden City = 14 + 1 = 15 - Do you know what this wonder does? Just about whatever you want it to. A free wildcard slot is the best in class wonder.
Great Pyramids = 16

Big Ben = 8 (11-3) Great wonder! Just comes a bit too late.
Colosseum = 7 (6+1) helps me out a lot. And the AI, for some reason, never builds it, so I often grab it in the Medieval Era or Renaissance in a few turns.
Forbidden City = 15
Great Pyramids = 16
