WOTW released!!!

I wasn't, but some people like a challenge. As for the map, it was Thorgrimm's idea and since he was the boss, who was I to argue, beleive me I tried. I actually like this map over the one included with PTW.

It was the 2nd time you said something like that so I had to call you on it.

You know, I have a feeling this is going to become one the of classic C3C scenarios... Also, I like the large map. I have a slow enough computer, that either way, I would have had to load it at night, and this way, I get more content :).

Just FYI, for those worried about the load times, I've got an older PIII with 500Mhz and 256 mb RAM, and it only takes an hour and a half to load, so don't think the effects of your processor speed on loading are linear. Also keep in mind that this is only what it takes to initially load the scenario, when loaded from saves it only takes a few minutes.

Only an hour and a half? I tried again and the long load times just mess up my computer. Ill have to wait for a saved game or something. I was really looking forward to this too.

To anyone that has downloaded the MOD, go back to the 1st pack and download the terrain files. There was a mistake in that the proper terrain files were not included.

Umm, I cant download the mod. I keep getting a 404 Error message :(

Civgeneral, since it will take you about 6 hours to DL it, why don't you just wait for the "Lite" version Throgrimm is planning. It will only have my martians units and the standard civ stuff.

This is top of my must-play list. The previews look fantastic, love the artwork and attention to detail. This looks like a real top quality collaborative effort. As soon as I get round to playing it I'll give you some feedback.

Edit: Arg!!! The Download link over there is still broken . Please stop removing the files for anyone who has not downloaded it yet

100+ units added and custom gfx.

Cheers thorgrimm

This looks fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cooool:
I haven't seen a scenario as complete as this one for a while, great job!

Since a savegame file loads so much faster there should be a 4000 BC (or whatever year the first turn is) save.

@Subbss i am working on the saves now. BTW it starts June 1895.

Cheers Thorgrimm

very sorry about reviving a dead thread, but when i was playing this, this error came up.

Check the spelling of the Halftrack.ini in it's folder. Make sure thatit matches the spelling of it in the civeditor entry, and the pediacons.txt
