I can't pick which of my custom civs I want to play as once I click Load Scenario for my map. This is the ONLY error I can find.

Prepared Statements:
Current: 5
------------------------------
[1681.971] database Localization is locked
[1681.971] database Localization is locked
[1682.049] SQL logic error or missing database
[1682.049] While executing - 'ATTACH ? AS Localization'
[1682.065] database Localization is already in use

Sorry this took so long to get a response, I was just sifting through old posts when I found this.

I had the same problem in my Mesopotamian map. The problem is that when clicking Load Scenario, it seems to only allow you to pick civilizations which are default, vanilla civs.

Therefore, to correct this problem, you'd have to actually -replace- an existing civilization with a new one.

If your scenario does not feature a vanilla civilization, I'd recommend you replace that missing civilization with the new one. This is done with simple update tags, as opposed to a new row.

I know this sounds confusing, and in my opinion highly unnecessary, but it seems to be the best solution at the moment.

Ah, I.E., our civs need to take Firaxis ones and change them.

Yes, this was the problem that Kwadijh or however you spelled it made me aware of :P
