aeldrik, I would have suggested to have a look at the TRT as they have some SS troops there. However, I think you don't need them anymore, as CCJ39 is styling your own SS unit. But since you asked me ... :)

CCJ39: the unit looks quite good! :) But I am not sure, does it look a bit thinner when it is looking straight to the left or straight to the right compared to the look halfway to the front or halfway to the back? Maybe I am mistaken, then don't bother. :)

Another minor thing: In my humble opinion the legs could be a bit bigger in the front view. But please don't misunderstand me, I am not an expert on doing units, so it's just a thought. :) :)

Just to avoid misunderstandings, CCJ39: It's great that you are styling that unit! That will give additional flavor to the game. Thanks for that!

CellkU: thx for the link, I had already seen the TRT pages, but the units just didn't seem to fit what I was looking for...
I just tried to have a look at it again, but it seems the units are missing... where are they???

Anyway, the main problem now will be how to add this unit, so I'm asking everyone to say what he thinks:
My suggestion is making a unit appearing every month through the SS headquarters Wonder, or do you think the Reich should be able to produce them at will (unrealistic in my opinion, since they were selected on physical traits, and that is something that' not always that easy....)

hehe, ok I've noticed it, but I only modded this unit in the way aeldrik wanted, so just colored this unit new in needed parts, and don't own the needed file(s) to change the proportions of this unit in a good way ;)

I would support your proposal on having a unit appear through the SS headquartes. Seems the most realistic. :)

Btw: I had a closer look at the TRT-page. You are right there are less than I had seen in SOE. I don't know where the units are. Sorry, for my misleading :o

Hi Cyber,
this is because I only got the graphics for the foreign advisors this week.... It will be in the next version....

oh ok, this is the best WW2 map i have playd in
by the way i'm from israel, shalom :)

well, every turn is a week, and a square is about 50 kms, meaning an Infantry unit makes about 300 kms in a week on roads (or 43 a day), a Tank would make about 600 kms in a week... I think it is quite realistic,....

ok, got it, .... check your Preferences, I turned all the animations off to make the game faster.... just go into Preferences, and then turn them back on if you want them...

ok thx :)

What for those excile goverment for? B4 I have killed opponents on XL and civ starts to run faster. Here is no way :(

it actually does run faster once the Main Powers take most of the land, but the reason for the Exile Govs is quite logical and historic.... Also, that way, even if all the cities are taken, the units that are left still have to be destroyed, which allows for the last resistance units to go on fighting....
