WWII Vehicle Request: Morris Light Recon Car

Seconded by me!

I will make this or the UK daimler. I've just been too busy. But I have got the modeler sorted out well enough to make simple shapes like this.
Just anyone else who wants it, feel free to jump right in. I'm not "claiming" it. I prefer to have more then one version of most things myself.

:):):):)
That would be great :king: ! Especialy since this Morris such a rare vehicle (not merely in modeler terms, yet also hard to find online on)

ps. that box in the front seems to be some sort of added welding to protect an extra cooler/filter. It could be opened to allow ventilation.
pss. below: a poor shot of the CS9 rear, from vehicles captured by the Germans, due to be scrapped.

U know it looks alot like the British Morris CB Quadrent. But more square in the back and with the turret on top.

Thanks for the info and image.
Here is a new version of the model

I re-did the fwd parts and the rear wheel-wells and I am now reasonably happy with the model.
Yes I did notice there are no fenders. Those are a seperate object (so I could seperately sub-devide them for smoother curves). I just didn't feel like attaching them yet.
Just to be clear. I am not working on this unit. I am in the middle of my first ship (the Rolf Krake) and needed a short break to plan out a few details since it is not quite the same as tanks, AFVs, airplanes or space ships that I've done previously.

Morris Commercial C8 FAT

The C8 is without doubt a similar, yet different chassis. As with most British models, both the CS9 and the C8 (along with military models C4, 6 and 11) were adapted civilian designs. The C8 Tractor was originally designed by Guy (a small arms provider of wheeled military vehicles) yet, due to rocketing demand Morris and GM Canada got the go-ahed for most of the 10.000 vehicles built during WWII.
