It's his upraised arm, which makes perfect sense if you assume he's holding a whip....

This is a known bug. Here's the patch procedures :

- Turn off the game.
- Have some sex. Preferably, but not compulsorily, with another person.
- Turn the game on again.

The game will then magically stop showing you pornographic images.


Note : this procedure does not permanently fix the bug. It may reoccur over time and you will need to reapply the patch. There is a permanent fix, but it requires a drastic alteration to your hardware.
