Ok, Another thing I'd like to point out. The Zepplin looks like an overzized bomb. I believe someone made a better model. Check in "unit graphics"

Problem:

On both the Map and Without Map versions I can only choose one leader per civ. I really want to play as Reagan or Bush and NOT Roosevelt but that seems to be the only one I can choose (for America) and same goes with the others. The graphics bug has been fixed (by copying the art files as you suggested) but I still cannot access the other leaders of any civ.

but just a quick correction:
It's not the Arabian Republic of Egypt, it's the Arab Republic of Egypt (ARE)

Other leaders are avaliable for custom map only. It's a pity, but when making a map you have to definite only one leader.

Looks Good! But I've recenly thought since "Barbarian" sounds old-fasioned, see if you can find a way to change Barbarians to Terrorists.
And if you make a second Chineese leader, make sure his favorite civic is Atheist State

No civ-pedia entries for Brazil, Canada, Argentina, Italy, SA, SU and Turkey. What the hell? It seems that there are some problems with XML...
