Yes, but tribalism is the current civic. I would have liked to keep our civics for a while.

I understand your position, and I can see you are one of the few here with a comprehensive and holistic vision for the empire here, and I respect that.

However, several of us would like a civic change, and since you managed to get us the pyramids, we are leveraging that gain when the timing is best.
