I find the flat yields for every buildings in this speciality districts very annoying
I'd love to have some diversity and choices there. My basic idea would be to give
- flat yields for the tier 1 buildings,
- yields /pop for tier 2
- +% yield for the tier 3, regional
First, I think it makes sense :
The more population you have , the more people study in the university, visit museums, work in factories, place money in the banks, pray in the temples.
Then the tier 3 buildings are designed to improve the already existing production :
The broadcast tower just enlarge the public for the already existing culture, the research lab push further the current studies, the electrical plant improve the efficiency of the actual production,...
Something like +1/3citizen for tier 2 buildings
And +10% for tier 3 buildings
Also would be nice to get rid of the requirements. Why can't I put a factory here and and a plant there?
