Intel on the Zulu, from Mogadishu
Today, the city state of Mogadishu has reported seeing new technology already being researched from the Zulu empire, lead by their leader Shaka. In this odd decision to spend all his resources on a new tech, a citizen of the Zulu was discretely interviewed to find out what exactly was happening in the Zulu Empire. However, the citizen only wished to say that Shaka was aware of how this deficit of money would put their nation in the back on the world stage but that Shaka also had a plan of how to recover very quickly from this lack of money. No details were found past that.

As you can see, it's a Bronze Axe which the Zulu can now make due to their knowledge of Bronze Working (Army Attack Tech 1). It's effectiveness against every other nations stone weapons is unchanged, but these weapons can apparently cut through flesh, we are told.

Dakar has only one city and one territory. Either this war is over in an instant, or we're gonna have a long and drawn out war. The UAE is even only on Army Attack Tech 0, so there's no advantages here
