The VRT acknowledges this. The VRT will return the occupied provinces, in the Caucasus, to the Armeniam Imperium in exchange for a, periodical, contribution of 10% of the income of The Armeniam Imperium.

Several other terms were negotiated but these will stay between the VRT and the Armenium Imperium.

The VRT would also like to state that the Italians mentioned by the Armeniam Imperium are not the people of Tuscany.

I researched 2 naval techs and ADT 1, only gave Urbeaurum 12 pop, and I used 29 YC to expand to all territories north of the partition, including some of those islands, and to put any leftover from that round into NAV tech 3.
