1. We have added a Gift Upgrades feature that allows you to gift an account upgrade to another member, just in time for the holiday season. You can see the gift option when going to the Account Upgrades screen, or on any user profile screen.

    I've just gotten around to converting scenario reviews for Civ2, which were before my time here. It seems like a good concept and would definitely be useful. We could try to set up something like this for Civ4. I'll look into it if I can. :)
