I think this thread deserves a new beginning. Everybody who wishes to take a civ is welcome to do so.

All right already, I'll do the Soviets. I never really got a chance to do them in a PBEM.

So... would he be the one to play or has he been banned too?

The reason that it's important is that the Paladin and the Overlord were both in another game (Bonaparte II), and if they are the same person then that constitutes cheating.
I'm trying to get confirmation on whether it is the same person or just two people using the same computer (maybe brothers who both want to play?).
In either case, I would suggest they both not play in the same game.
Until it gets sorted out, I have banned the 'The-Paladin' account.

Hi folks!
I think I owe you an explanation so here we go:
My brother found your site one day and decided to login and start gaming. At this point of time I wasn't really interested so I left him alone. After he found some interesting games I decided to join him so we could play against each other with other guys but due to the slow start of the games we were in he decided to quit. He is this kind of guy: if something doesn't really goes how he liked it he walks away. At first I tried to convince him to come back as the game seems to move forward but he didn't want to than I thought I will tell everyone but at this time I saw the threads with the DL-thing and I feared my address might be banned so I thought just find another player and let his account die (as you can see the last time he posted something was in August and till this time he never come back so it wasn't really cheating and now he is gone forever).
Perhaps I really did something wrong in trying to conceal this facts but I feared nobody would believe me so under this conditions I thought it's best to say nothing as I really like to continue playing with you guys, you are a really nice and entertaining community.
