elibb has been cheating in his games. All games he is playing in should be considered to be affected.

When I have the time I could try and find the spot where he first started cheating and give that as the restart point. I know it is at least one or two turns back.

Yes, I was going to ask him to take my place even before I found the cheating because of other reasons.
