Out of curiosity, what do you think of his review of Civ 5?

Did Warlords or BTS fix civ 4's AI? Nope, just more units to add to the stack. Don't count on G&K fixing civ 5's AI issues either.

I remember a few days ago I had captured a city state that had already built some roads by itself, and I had to pay for those roads. You do indeed have to pay for the roads in your own territory.

Be the illians and complete the draw. You'll have all the war weariness you can eat, plus some. Permanent war should = NO war weariness on the simple grounds that you could eventually shut yourself down and not do a thing to solve it.
