I get them mixed up. Overload seems to be better than Thunder. Or at least it did. Then Thunder started hitting all the time.
Okay, why is Luxio worse than Luxray? It doesn't make any sense. I have used Thunder three times and it hasn't hit once. 60%+ accuracy my goddamn ass. Also, Charizard is too damn slow. 3 move with 2 or even 1 range instead of 3 would be way better. Though I'm probably just angry at the douchey bird guy's map. Still not being able to evolve the increasingly worthless Jigglypuff isn't making this any better either.
