    My problem with providing maps is not one of not being willing to do the word, its a problem of internet usage. We have an extremely limited amount, so it would be difficult to install a paint program that works.

    I'm going to try to get one installed ASAP, but it is becomming problematic.

    Are those islands off the coasts of Somalia and the Arabian Peninsula one territory or 4? And if they are four, do they each cost 1?

    I think your change had merit, a lot of merit, but will become irrelevant for the reasons Mathalamus said, and it also defeats the purpose. The first turn you can't even hold a moderate sized country down, but by the fifth turn you'll be able to do basically what they are doing now.

    I'd personally just make an unspoken rule that if your SOI is insane, NPCs will start spawning there. Or make a maximum NUMBER of territories in an SOI (Like: You can have an SOI over 15 territories you don't control, and only 15.)

    Since there is no clear protocol for new nations entering IOT Rev, would I be out of place to ask if I could have 10 provinces like everyone else so that I am not behind in LP's the rest of the game? :please:
