In IOT II, you have a 3 on the map, but you've numbered all the NPCs in sequence, starting from about 10 or so.

Can you change the NPC numbers? "3" refers to a PC, not an NPC.

You could always end the game on a snapshot of current nations. IOT doesn't always have to end in nuclear fire and human extinction.

Except I already gave up all those to work on a nuclear defence.

Since the Angevin Empire is being run precisely how I would run an absolute monarchy, I rather get the impression that I'm going to hate the end-game.

I seem to be in the position of "nice guys never prosper". Is there anything left I can do to expand my power in IOT II without going all psychotic or fascist?

Is that what thoes dot thingys are? Since I have them intended to be based in the Appalachian Mountains. As for Tailless's provinces, I intended to gift them anyway to him. Now it's time for me to rebuild and go island hopping. I intend to want the islands the Dutch have.

As for the missile strikes, I think striking an Dutch island would be a bit overkill IMO

Ok, now I'm confused. I thought the South African region that I targeted was in Mad Man's control. I've already did a revision of the planet buster (I wished the front page was updated since that's what I mostly based it on). If both the Germans and the CVRs are targeting Mad Man's South African territories. May I suggest a coordination of attacks.

I can freely cancel my planet buster and preserve your launch while we both work to defeat Mad Man in the African Theater. Thus saving my stock pile for my Nuclear Deturant policy as well as working to punish Mad Man in the Orange War. Please let me know ASAP so I can revise my battle plans accordingly (Use PM if you must).

What would be a fair trade for the rest of Spain and the Balearics, then? We are most interested in procuring those provinces.

The Angevins would be interested in obtaining the last of the Spanish coast and the Balearic Islands from Carthagistan. (What a name!) I have large sections of inland Africa they may well be interested in.

Would Alefurya be interested in some African land? We are interested in gaining the extreme north-western African coastline, to line up our colonies there with our holdings in Spain.

Will Russia commit to the plan here or do they wish to do a different deal?

I've posted a quick map in the main thread, if Russia is interested in that deal. If they are interested in colonial Africa, we might be able to make a deal that way.
