  • It imploded after he(she?) quit.

...imploded so much it is now a black hole, with everybody suddenly wanting a piece of it. :crazyeye:
Forgot to say: YOU'RE BACK! We need to chat. You still have something 8-12? Otherwise, that time would be godly. Or we could do it tomorrow night(for you), when I'm waiting/staying awake for the Netherlands-Uruguary match. GO NETHERLANDS!(Disclaimer: For that match only. In the finals, Germany/Spain are the ones I'll be rooting for).
You:Wait, ATAPA cannot force you into war?

I thought we all had a mutual defensive pact?

Me in response:ATAPA can not force you into a offensive war, as ATAPA can not act as one to declare war. That was the hypothetical IMO. This is due to the fact that the member of ATAPA SHOULD have known of this defensive pact, and, as such, Party A, the ATAPA member is responsible for Party C declaring war as defense to Party B. Party C DID not "declare" war, as when Party A declared war, by the defensive pact, which activates as soon as Party B enters a war in which he is NOT the defender, Party C was forced into war by Party A, and did not declare

    Get it?
(IOT II) I accept the agreements, and you seem to only expand outside India now! :p
If you can find the post where you claimed, I can evaluate it and add accordingly if I forgot something.
I'd like the territory on the east of the caspian that I just claimed at least, as it's part of Kazakhstan. Otherwise, alright. Although actually, if you don't mind, I'm not sure but I may like Uzbekistan, or at least parts of it, mostly want to control the Aral sea.
I gave you those two provinces along the Persian border + the one in northwest Afghanistan(costs five altogether), and unless you object, gave you that Indian province marked with a one to spend your last point.
I take GDP as of 2010(or the closest number), fluff it up a bit, and then modify it based on the reported growth rates of each year...
I gave you 4 of the 7 you requested. This is because due to their size, most Indian provinces are on par with US states and thus cost 2, rather than 1, to claim. The reason I gave you 4 instead of 3 is because one was selected as your "capital" province, and the others all grew out from there, so while you have territories worth 8 points, you only actually spent 6.

I'd claim a single-pixel territory in India; it'd only cost you one and allow you to get the most bang for your buck. :)

I'm going to have to post a map of scale to give an idea... I've had to list one too many messages explaining that provinces are selected via points and not number. :undecide:
