Installation Instructions:
if you don't play with EUI, delete the VP3a folder.
if you play with Devotion, follow these steps to fix lua overrides
0) it's important the load order is correct so clear the cache folder (or run VP installer)
1) in the Overrides and VP3a folders, delete or rename the *popup.lua files
2) rename the *popup_devo.lua files to the previous names (i.e. delete the _devo part)
