Basically what the title says. I am considering buying some DLCs, but a big part of that is being able to use new civs with my friends. If I buy the DLC and my friends do not, will I still be able to use the DLC civs against them?

The reason of crash is I added a civilization which is activited by the DLC. Thus the name of the city states which are activited by the DLC can't be shown correctly.

I'm surprised no one else has posted this thread from what I've seen; but who else is desiring more new Civs, Leaders, wonders and other content a DLC can bring us? I'm still working my way through all of the New Civs from Rise & Fall and thoroughly enjoying them! ...but I'm already craving...
