[1.0.0.167] Missing text in the pop up

Whenever I try to move around artifacts, especially if the artifacts are traded, I get a "Are you Sure?" tab. But it is missing the buttons. So any amount of mouse clicks will not make it go away. The only way to make it go away is to press escape. Why do we have a additional tab that does nothing

I am playing in directx 12.0. Does that matter?

DirectX 12 should not matter. A more relevant question is whether you are playing with any mods.

I have had the same issue, no mods. Just click Esc, and continue.
