This is still present as of the latest patch, but this has been an issue I've had since the game launched.
Upon winning a game, the Victory Movie plays as it's supposed to, but Sean Bean's narration is quiet to the point where it's essentially inaudible. The volume bars in the game settings are correctly set, and the volume of his narration for quotes for Wonders, Techs and Civics is fine (despite experiencing the same bug as everyone else since the Summer Patch where he stops saying the quotes at all after a while). It's just the Victory Movie where he's bizarrely quiet.
