Out of the blue today, the game started freezing. I have verified game files, uninstalled, reinstalled, disabled all mods and still have problems. Disabled GeForce overlay and Steam overlay as well. Ran file system checks on C (Windows) and D (Games) drives with no problems. No issues with other games.

32gb DDR4
Gigabyte Aorus Ultra
EVGA 1080Ti FTW3
Tried updating drivers as well - no changes.
Uninstall, reinstall again and now DLC doesn't show up in additional content, although it's in the file folders.
