[1.0.0.56][reproducible] Freeze after hitting Next turn button

The update was installed on my computer 21 Feb 2016. The save file was created at T1 before the update (15 Feb). after the update was installed, I loaded the save and played without any problems until T45 when after hitting the Next turn button, the game freezes.

I reloaded an autosave, created the attached save file. Repeated the movements, and freeze again. Reloaded and not moved any troops, freze again. Reloaded and changed city production (1 turn to finish holy site prayers project), freeze again. no matter what I do, the game freezes.

Reloaded the autosave from T44, freeze at T45 again.

Stonhenge was created on T45 by unknown civ, could be related to that.

What update are you referring to? The only thing I'm aware of is that Steam recently installed a Visual C redistributable update (not a game patch).

I am not sure exactly, but it is probably that one mentioned. I just noticed when starting Civ6 yesterday that something was downloaded before the game started.

I just restarted the game from the T1 save and played fine until T50 so far with the Stonehenge built and the religion succesfully founded.
