[1.0.1] Siam locked despite fulfilling the unlock conditions

Playing as Chola, I should have Siam unlocked by default, and in addition I've built enough Temples to fulfill Siam's gameplay unlock condition. However, upon age transition, Siam was locked out as an option. Interestingly, when checking Siam's details, it states that I don't even fulfill the "Play as Chola" requirement.

In the same boat: had more than enough temples and could not choose them at Age Transition.

Second playthrough, same outcome. None of my civs were supposed to unlock Siam by default, but I both built enough Temples and improved enough Ivory - still no Siam unlock.

I'm not sure why, but unlocking Siam worked for me playing as Trung Trac and going Maya -> Inca -> Siam. Unlock was 4 temples.

I also just had a game with TT, instant unlock for Siam. I know right now only Chola and Khmer are displayed to be precursors for Siam, but maybe TT is a hidden unlock.

My game above where I was locked out of Siam despite meeting the requirements was with Trung Trac, so I don’t think that’s it.

Sama happened to me, played Tecumseh + shawnee and unlocked Siam but couldn't pick it...this is a bug that should be solved ASAP

Still happening on 1.0.3. Finished Exploration last evening with many temples, got Siam notification partway through the era, but it was not available to pick.
