Using the latest patch, I'm having trouble shift-click adding units (i.e., a second or third unit of the same type). I tried to add three missionaries to my build queue. I had to click four or five times to get the second added.
I've also had trouble with adding buildings. I shift-click on (for instance) courthouse. I then try to shift-click (for instance) on temple. Unfortunately, the build list somehow manages to shift, and I end up adding war elephants. Because of this, I ended up with a phalanx and a chariot that I didn't expect, nor want.
Still, I'm liking most of the improvements.
